2008 Sierra Stampede Rodeo and Festival

Saddle Pals is a therapeutic
horsemanship program that provides services
to individuals with physical or developmental
disabilities. The program began in 1993 and
is accredited through the North American
Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA).
NARHA has certified that Saddle Pals meets
established safety, quality, and administrative
guidelines. www.narha.org
Capital Crossroads Gay Rodeo Association
also selected Saddle Pals as their beneficiary
and has already donated $1,000 through
the Association's Dean Berkan Memorial
Education and Safety Fund.
